40 cm gerader Empire-Schirm aus Jaggery-‚Spriglee‘-Leinen von Ellen Merchant

The linocut pattern has this hand-printed quality that makes it feel like a piece of art, and the jaggery tone warms up my whole reading corner. The empire shape throws light perfectly downward for evening pages.

The linen has a lovely textured weave that catches the light just right, and the print captures that wild jasmine feel beautifully. It fits my 40cm base perfectly and instantly softened the whole corner of the room.

The pattern feels like it was pressed right into the linen — that carved, hand-printed look gives the shade so much depth when the light's on. It's got a lovely warm glow, not harsh at all, and the jaggery colour is richer in person than I expected.
