Originally a hand-carved linocut tile, this design has been expertly translated onto fabric to preserve every bit of that artisan texture and character. This shade looks even better in person — the blue is a softer, more muted azura than I expected from the photos, which I actually prefer. It fits my lamp base perfectly and casts a warm, pleasant light through the linen. Only reason for four stars is the fabric arrived with a faint crease from packaging that I’m hoping will relax over time.
