Bokhara, an intricate and vibrant design that draws upon the rich history of the ancient Silk Road. Inspired by the lush textiles of the desert oases of Bokhara, Samarkand, and Kashgar in the 19th century, this pattern was first introduced to the GP&J Baker archive in 1906.
The colors in this red aqua Bokhara are so rich in person—the gathered linen catches the light beautifully and makes the whole room feel warmer. It’s a 30cm shade, but it has real presence on our sideboard.
