A slender brass stem rises to a beautifully simple shade, balanced by a solid white marble base that keeps everything grounded - in every sense.
The marble base is surprisingly heavy and solid, which makes the whole lamp feel really stable even on my uneven floor. The brass stem has a nice warm sheen that catches the light in the evenings, and the shade gives off just the right amount of glow for reading.
It’s a nice-looking lamp, but the marble base is noticeably lighter than I expected, so it doesn’t feel as solid when you adjust the shade. The brass finish is sleek and matches my decor well, though.
