Er is iets wonderbaarlijk aantrekkelijks aan deze kap. Misschien is het het ritmische zigzagpatroon in diepzwart. Misschien is het de manier waarop het patroon verzacht en vervaagt tegen het natuurlijke linnen. Hoe dan ook, het brengt een vanzelfsprekende zelfverzekerdheid in een ruimte - grafisch, ontspannen en moeiteloos stijlvol.
Warm light spills through the linen and makes that zig zag look almost like it's moving on the wall. The weave has a nice hand-feel to it, not scratchy at all, and the 20cm size fits my bedside lamp perfectly.
The zig zag pattern really does blur into something almost painterly when the light’s on behind it, which I didn’t expect from the photos. The black lines stay crisp on the outside but the glow through the linen is warm and soft, not harsh at all. It’s dressed up my whole living room corner.
The woven linen feels substantial and well-made, and that zig zag pattern looks sharp up close but melts into a soft blur from across the room. It throws a lovely warm glow that makes my reading corner feel cozy without being harsh.
