Cordelia er laget av lag med glatte alabasterskiver, hver med sine årer og naturlig unike, som skaper et lagdelt kaskade som føles både elegant og litt teatralsk. Hengt fra varme messingbånd og kjede, har den en herlig følelse av bevegelse og tekstur... selv før lysene tennes.
The alabaster discs are beautifully veined and each one feels unique, which gives the whole piece a lot of character. It casts such a soft, warm glow in our dining room that dinner guests keep commenting on it. Even the installation was easier than I expected for something this layered.
The way the light filters through those thin alabaster discs is honestly stunning, and each tier seems to have its own subtle veining. It took a bit to hang with two people, but the layered cascade effect was totally worth the effort.
