We call them Storm Lanterns, others call them Hurricane Lanterns, but honestly, do not feel uncomfortable if you use them in a light breeze…or even, goodness gracious, indoors. The glass is thick and sturdy, so I don't worry about it tipping over on my porch when the wind picks up. It's a nice, warm glow that feels cozy even indoors, which is where I mostly use it now.
