Detta fantastiska tyg är handblocktryckt för oss i Jaipur, Indien, i en av de mest inspirerande verkstäderna – vi lekte i dagar med bokstavligen hundratals träblock – detta är ett resultat från den tiden. Dessa grå ormbunkar skapar, när de samlas i en skugga, en mycket subtil och effektfull look.
The hand-blocked cotton feels wonderfully substantial, and the gathered pleats catch the light so the fern pattern seems to shift as you walk by. It’s turned my plain reading corner into something cozy and characterful.
The print is so crisp and the grey fern pattern gives my living room a calm, earthy feel. I love how the cotton catches the light when the lamp is on, and the 30cm size sits perfectly on my side table.
The hand-blocked linen is the star here — the fern pattern has that nice, slightly uneven texture you only get from real printing, and it glows warmly when the light's on. It’s a touch bigger than I pictured, but it fits my table lamp perfectly and makes the whole room feel softer.
