The 16cm size is perfect for a bedside lamp, and the aqua red tones pop beautifully against the cotton weave. I love that this pattern has a real history behind it, being designed in the 1800s, it feels like a small piece of art rather than just a shade.
The botanical pattern feels like it stepped straight out of a Victorian textile archive, and the cotton shade casts such a warm, intricate glow in my reading corner. Even at just 16cm, it manages to make the whole room feel more curated and intentional.
The aqua red tones pop beautifully when the lamp is on, and the cotton feels like real quality. The 16cm shade sits nicely on my bedside lamp, and the seaweed pattern is even prettier up close than in the photos.
