The green-blue tone shifts beautifully as the light passes through the gathered cotton, and it casts such a warm, patterned glow in our hallway. Even though the Tuffley print dates back to the 1800s, it feels surprisingly fresh, almost botanical like real seaweed drifting.

The gathered cotton has such a lovely, soft texture in person, and the green-blue tones shift beautifully depending on the light. It’s clearly well-made, and the historical 'seaweed' pattern feels even more intricate up close than I expected from the photos.

The cotton shade looks lovely from across the room, but the green-blue reads much darker in person than in the photos, almost teal at night. The 25cm size fits my table lamp well, and the gathered fabric feels nicely substantial. Just wish the color matched the listing more closely.
