The hand-carved linocut pattern is so crisp and detailed up close, it looks like tiny jasmine blossoms are actually tumbling across the linen. The jaggery shade glows warm and honey-toned when the lamp's on, which completely transforms my reading corner.
I was a little worried the jaggery color would read too brown, but against a white wall it’s this warm, honeyed glow that completely changes the room. The pattern has a hand-printed unevenness to it that makes it feel like a tiny piece of art, not just a shade.
